By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

  1. Information We Collect. We may collect personal information you provide directly (e.g., account registration, communications, uploaded content) as well as information automatically generated (e.g., device identifiers, IP address, usage logs, cookies). Email Communications and Unsubscribe

If you provide your email address through our early access form or similar sign-up forms, we will use it solely to send you the communications you requested, such as early access invitations and occasional product updates about Guidara. Each marketing email we send includes a clear, single-click unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you marketing emails unless you resubscribe.

We use trusted third-party service providers to manage email communications, including subscriber lists, newsletters, and product updates. These providers act as our data processors and process personal data only on our behalf in accordance with their terms and privacy commitments. We currently use MailerLite as our email communications provider. For more information, please see MailerLite’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Our emails may include standard engagement tracking (such as open and click tracking) to help us understand aggregate engagement and improve our communications. You can disable the display of images in your email client to reduce tracking.

Data Security and Retention

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

‘You may have specific rights under applicable law, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability.’
